In accordance with the article 5 of the constitution, a Mosque or a Center can nominate 2 delegates and a registered organization which does not own a premises but has more than 50 members can nominate one delegate provided it has more than 50 members, details of which can be demanded.

Nominating person of such an organization (registration number …………………………………..) shall have to provide following certificate:
